Wisdom Circle: Support Group for Holistic Hypnotherapists & Spiritual Explorers

The next Buddha will not take the form of a person. Introduction

Whether you just completed hypnotherapy training, are embarking on building a new practice or are a seasoned professional in the field, it’s not uncommon to find yourself feeling isolated and alone, needing a sounding board or just collegial support. We need empathetic and understanding community.

Additionally, in the field of hypnotherapy, practitioners often focus on deepening the connection between the subconscious and conscious mind. However, to create lasting transformation, we believe, it’s essential to consider the whole person—mind, body, and soul. This proposal introduces a Support Group, Connection and Community: Support for Holistic Hypnotherapists designed to unite practicing hypnotherapists who are committed to a holistic approach. Together, we’ll build a nurturing, collaborative environment where we can enhance our skills, share our experiences, and support each other in both our personal and professional growth.

Vision

Let’s gather a soul-aligned community of holistic hypnotherapists—kindred spirits walking a path of healing, insight, and service. In this sacred space, we come together to share wisdom, hold space for one another, and remember that we’re not alone in this deep work.

Through meaningful dialogue, shared experiences, and visits from guest teachers who bring their own light, we nourish both our practices and our souls. This is a place where Higher Selves meet, truth is spoken, and inspiration flows freely—anchored in connection, compassion, and the call to grow.

If you feel the nudge to join a circle where your work is honored, your voice is heard, and your spirit is supported—come sit with us. Your presence is welcome here.

The mission of the group is to support the growth and well-being of hypnotherapists by:

  • Creating a safe environment of like-minded practitioners.
  • Building a collaborative network that fosters the exchange of holistic practices, techniques, and experiences.
  • Offering reciprocal emotional support and practical guidance to sustain the well-being of hypnotherapists in their practice.

The key objectives of the support group are:

  • Providing a safe and confidential space for hypnotherapists to share challenges, seek advice, and discuss cases from a holistic perspective.
  • Sharing and exploring techniques that integrate mind, body, and soul healing, such as body-mind approaches, energy work, breathwork, and somatic experiences.
  • Fostering a community of hypnotherapists who support each other’s professional and personal growth, creating lasting connections.

The Holistic Hypnotherapist Support Group will be structured as follows:

  • Membership:
    • Open to practicing hypnotherapists who align with this holistic philosophy.
    • Members commit to maintaining a safe, confidential, and respectful environment.
  • Meeting Frequency:
    • The group will meet monthly for 1-1.5 hours (let’s see how it goes), each 2nd Wednesday of the month at 4:30 PST.
    • Meetings will be held via Zoom
  • Check-In: Each session begins with a brief check-in, allowing members to share personal updates or challenges.
  • Case Discussions: Members can present cases (anonymized) for group feedback, focusing on holistic insights and solutions.
  • Peer Support: Every session will include time for open discussions, allowing members to share experiences and seek support.
  • Personal Development: Members will benefit from a supportive network, reducing isolation and burnout, and increasing resilience in their work.
  • Professional Growth: Members will expand their skills and deepen their understanding of holistic hypnotherapy approaches, enhancing their effectiveness with clients.
  • Community Building: The group will foster meaningful relationships among hypnotherapists, promoting collaboration, innovation, and shared learning.
  • Peer Support: A sense of community will enable members to share successes and setbacks, gaining new perspectives and encouragement.
  • Resource Sharing: Members will have access to a network of resources, tools, and techniques that focus on whole-person healing.
  • Well-Being Focus: The group will emphasize practitioner self-care, with mindfulness exercises and relaxation techniques incorporated into meetings.

Conclusion

The Support Group is more than just a network; it is a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to advancing holistic healing through hypnotherapy. By supporting each other, members can enhance their skills, grow their practices, and make a profound impact on the lives of their clients.
