Thanks to technology, hypnotherapy sessions can be conducted via the internet. You are no longer limited by geography. If you feel that my expertise and training would be a good fit for you, please contact me about scheduling your sessions over the internet.

The format is the same as if you are in my office. In the initial session I will spend quite a bit of time with your interview, I will give you my educational pre-talk about hypnosis and we will set a goal for your first session. Once you are comfortable I will guide you into hypnosis.

Zoom requires that you download a small applet. If you’re already set up for Skype you have everything you need to use Zoom. Once your appointment is scheduled, I will send you an invoice through PayPal. These sessions must be pre-paid.

Please note: There can be some hesitations in voice and picture with internet sessions. However, the overall quality is very reliable. 

To ensure success…

Use a desktop or laptop computer for online Zoom sessions
For best audio/video connectivity, please join your online Zoom meeting room from a computer rather than a smartphone/mobile device.

Arrive early
Log in at least 5 minutes early to ensure everything is ready to go and you can connect to Zoom. I will admit you from the waiting room at the appointed time.

Be comfortable
Choose a comfortable chair (that will support your head) and environment. Have a blanket and pillow available, your body temperature may drop while in hypnosis.

Choose a peaceful environment
Find a space where you can be undisturbed for the length of your appointment. I recommend shutting and locking the door, and having animals wait outside the room. If there are any interruptions in your environment that necessitate ending the session early you will still be responsible for payment.

Create a quiet space
If you’re in a loud or noisy environment, or you are hard of hearing you may want to invest in a nice headset that includes headphones and a microphone.

If we get disconnected or in the unlikely event the Zoom call isn’t working, we’ll use your backup line which is usually your phone. Have that at hand with you. If you need help with this let us know by email at
