Course Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR LIVE ONLINE COURSES Please note: Refunds are not issued once course materials have been sent.

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the administrative office and RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM PST by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

•  Received 72 HOURS prior to course start date – Full refund, less a $35 per person administrative fee
•  Received after 72 HOUR deadline – No Refunds unless the course is cancelled.

Refunds will be issued approximately 3-4 weeks after the conclusion of the event.

REFUND POLICY FOR IN-PERSON COURSES

All requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the administrative office and RECEIVED no later than 11:59 PM PST by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

• Received 14 days prior to course start date – Full refund, less a $35 per person administrative fee
• Received after two week deadline – No Refunds unless the course is cancelled.

REPLACEMENT/TRANSFER: 

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Simply email a copy of your confirmation letter with a cover letter stating your request along with a completed registration form from the person replacing you to: info@trancetime.com

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • Shipping costs are not refundable
  • Opened or used products are not refundable.  Products must be in perfect condition in order to be returned.
  • E-Books are not refundable
  • CDs and CD programs are not returnable unless they are defective.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of your invoice.
  • A small restocking fee of 15% will be deducted (along with all shipping charges) from all refunds. Sorry, but it takes money to keep this site up and running and refunds, while gladly given, are an expense that need to be offset in some fashion. We get very few requests for refunds, about one every 4-5 years. So, hopefully, a restocking fee won’t be a problem for anyone. I would rather you not purchase if you are unsure of any product.
  • For your protection we recommend that you notify us of your intention to return an item so we may verify the return address and watch for it.
  • Customer service is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have received from TranceTime.com you may return it for a refund as long as it has not been used and is in re-sellable condition.
  • We absolutely cannot be held responsible for a return that we have no knowledge of, nor or we responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We highly suggest all returned items be insured for an appropriate amount.
  • If you feel that you qualify for a partial refund, send your request for credit to info@trancetime.com
