Connection and Community: Support Group for Holistic Hypnotherapists

The next Buddha will not take the form of a person. The next Buddha will rather take the shape of a community, a community that practices understanding and loving kindness,  a community that practices a way of conscious living. This may be the most important thing for earth’s survival. ~Thich Nhat Hanh

Introduction

Whether you just completed hypnotherapy training, are embarking on building a new practice or are a seasoned professional in the field, it’s not uncommon to find yourself feeling isolated and alone, needing a sounding board or just collegial support. We need empathetic and understanding community.

Additionally, in the field of hypnotherapy, practitioners often focus on deepening the connection between the subconscious and conscious mind. However, to create lasting transformation, we believe, it’s essential to consider the whole person—mind, body, and soul. This proposal introduces a Support Group, Connection and Community: Support for Holistic Hypnotherapists designed to unite practicing hypnotherapists who are committed to a holistic approach. Together, we’ll build a nurturing, collaborative environment where we can enhance our skills, share our experiences, and support each other in both our personal and professional growth.

Vision

The group aims to create a nurturing community where practicing hypnotherapists can collaborate, inspire, and empower one another. We understand how easy it can be to feel disconnected in this line of work—working deeply with clients, often in unfamiliar realms. The group’s focus is on building a community of like-minded professionals, who commit to meeting regularly in order to foster a safe environment for discussion and support. In the professional world it can be easy to find yourself feeling isolated, alone, working in realms that might be completely foreign to many, if not most, people. There is a need for coming together; to share thoughts, ideas, stories, wins, and even ‘ooops’ moments! A place for our Higher Selves to meet and share the intricacies and intimacies of the personal and professional human experience.

This live, online support group is open to all Holistic Hypnotherapists.
We meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

I don’t know if you fully realize what you have put together here. Judy [Ward] is a great example of you and Kayt providing a beautiful, SAFE space for healers, who put out so much for others, coming together and receive the exact type of support and healing we give others everyday. Thank you, Katherine. I needed this more than I ever realized. ~Keli Raymond, MHC
